That was truly wonderful stay, one of the best we had during our 2 weeks trip. The atmosphere is just like you are staying at someone’s private house. Staff was very efficient and helpful. Restaurant (as well as food) was great and it was a delight to dine on their terrace in the evening. We will definitely return there!

Great hotel managed by a fabolous and super friendly team. We loved the open garden with a stunning view. Breakfast (food and staff) was also amazing. A total recommendation!

Food was so delicious. Order from both the gourmet and regular menu, both are exceptional.

Difficult to orchestrate the booking. Lots of emails with not always perfect English. Demanding the insecure transfer of credit cards to order a small cake with a candle is ridiculous. Demanded a good table was put in the corner. Salt and pepper shakers on the table are an insult to the kitchen team. Food was just ok. Menu had squashed insect inside... Waiter was very friendly. Having eating in every top restaurant around the lake this was the weakest and not worthy of a Michelin star in the current Form. Cheap wine glasses not suitable for a Michelin star restaurant. Winelist was not up to date. Red wine was served too warm. La Tortuga, veranda del color etc. Are light years ahead of this. And yes restaurant guests are not allowed to have drink on the terrace. Go to the other restaurants as they are friendlier, cook better food and are more fun. This needs a complete overhaul. new management and the kitchen some tuning.
