I have personal issues & experiences, but overall, it's a great place to find beautiful furniture & other items that you may need to decorate your home. Someone always greet you with a smile & with the past issues I've had, I still go back and give them my business. Patience is a virtue & I'm sure it goes both ways. Great job.

Never been there before, so I didn’t know what to expect. I must say I was very pleased to see some of the items they had in there compared to other places of I’ve been. Wish I knew about it sooner. Staff was friendly had great prices, they are just low on stock.

My experience with my delivery was excellent. Sebastian and Tim was very prompt and had great customer service. They were very quick and gentle with my desk. I will be making more purchases with BT Furnishings of Dallas. Everything was wonderful on today with no complaints. Also my salesperson Armond Young was great... He walked and help me make the best decision on choosing a rug to fit the desk I picked. I most definitely will be asking for him again.

Experience was good. They are low on desk selection because everyone is working from home now days. We found a desk that we liked, but they only had the display model, so we were able to get 40 marked off for any wear and tear. There was a homeless person outside laying against the wall, store management had the police come by and see what they could do to help him get by somewhere else. They lent us their measuring tape, kind staff, friendly movers helped us get the desk in the truck.
