Horrible! How do you create a rating less than 1 star? They never update their patient portal (which is antiquated and not user friendly). The nurse told me they do not post results if the results were normal. REALLY?? How do I know if they were normal or someone in your office failed to upload them? The receptionists and nurses and office management are horrible at this facility. First visit, thought it might be good, because they were \organized\, but it was all down hill from there.

I have been coming to this office for quite a while. It is a busy office, but worth the wait. My doctor has given me great care and the nursing staff has greatly helped me through tough times with great patience and understating .

Did not apply my insurance to my visits, so every doctor’s appointment I went to was charged at full price (as if I was uninsured). Doctor’s office was too lazy to file my insurance. I’m a college student who really can’t afford this, and I will NOT be going back to this office. I would rather deal with my recurring infections on my own than have to pay outrageous amounts. The doctor herself was kind. The lady who answered the phone when I called to cancel acted as if I had no idea what I was talking about. Your staff is LAZY!!!!!!

I have been to the Wylie and Garland locations. I have no complaint about the personnel. The front office people were reasonable. I saw the doctor on time. The doctor that I saw (Dr. GHOBRIEL) I was concerned about my well-being although he did seem a bit rushed. The only comment I have is that they could keep the work area for the front office a little neater. The lack of neatness is a reflection of their degree of professionalism. Right now I don't have a reason to fire them. I was referred to North Texas Urology (NTU) by Baylor Scott White ER in Rockwall. They referred me to Dr Carr however I saw dr. Ghobrial because I could get in to see him sooner and my situation was somewhat urgent. NOTE: For those of you that do go to NTU it seems that the Garland location has better availability.
