Visited for the first tonight and loved it. Great food , great beer, friendly staff etc etc. Will definitely be back. Booking advised, certainly under current circumstances

Had a \Deer Bürger\ with amazing French fries. Saw one of the waitresses smoking in the kitchen area. I pointed it out to our waitress who covered for her to me by saying she wasn't smoking in the kitchen when I was looking directly at her. Then on the sly she told the smoking waitress with the blonde braid what I said & she went into the kitchen and closed the door. A second waitress was about to do the same thing as I saw her stand in the same spot and roll a cigarette. My waitress informed her that I was looking so she didn't light up. Apparently this is common & acceptable practice in this restaurant and for this reason I will never return there to eat. If by chance there is a next time, I will call the German police which I considered doing today. It's a shame because the food is good.
Very tropical food . Schweinshaxe must pre-Order make reservations when you call for book reservation . But this dish you should not miss when you come here in Ga-Pa :) . It's very big portion and tasty and sause is different from another Schweinshaxe I have eat from another restaurant. You should plan belly and reserv table before because always full and long booking.
Visiting from America! Excellent & personable staff. Environment was quintessential German down to the live accordion music and lederhosen. Food was superb. Ordered the roast pork in dark beer sauce. Would definitely order again. Good beer selection too!
The food is delicious.The waitresses are really helpful,nice and polite. The only minus is an open kitchen and the smell in the restaurant. My clothes smelled like I was working in the kitchen for the whole day after visiting this place. In the pictures sausages made of venison (Hirschfleisch). My boyfriend had burger with venison.The burger we liked more))
