It smells so bad. There were literally 30 people/families with full carts in line and 2 cashiers... missing prices on a lot of items which caused even longer wait times. After 20 mins in line, I left. Not worth it. Skip this place and go ANYWHERE else. Promise.

The store has a lot of variety, but they continually struggle on customer service side. They need more cashiers working checkout! Often the line will be super long and 1-2 cashiers working and maybe a 3rd who'll be doing other things instead of trying to get the line down.

Gore was very helpful. He called the Burlington NC location, to find a certain item because the system was down. Although we couldn't find the item, I was still pleased with the service. Still searching for matching soap dish and toothbrush holder.

Love this store!!!! Great designer brands especially home goods and clothing. Fast becoming my favorite and their prices are the best when redecorating your home.

Great prices on men’s clothing. I was able to get multiple pairs of pants, shorts, and two pairs of shoes for under 100. They have a great clearance rack. There are also so many sold in store goodies around. The checkout lines move fast! They even email the receipt, which is convenient. Now they need drive up and we are good to go!

Tawanda (Supervisor) & Anissa (Cashier) were very helpful. I didn't pay attention to the posted signs that state any layaway returns now result in a store credit whether or not you have a receipt. This is not what I am used to and was upset. They were patient, kind & very professional. I'm not sure if I'll use the service again, but I am truly satisfied with the customer service these ladies provided. I let them know as much.
