Due to COVID-19, you have to make an online appointment (depending on what you have to have taken care of). However, I don't want to sound rude but this should be standard. No long lines and no sitting for 30 to 40 minutes for your number to be called. My visit lasted all of 20 minutes in its entirety. It was a great feeling knowing that I hadn't spent half a day at the DMV!

Terrible. I went to get my drivers license and had to pay 44 while my brother and mom paid 20. Good customer service, bad everything else. One star from me, good customer service can’t help that.
