Ran in for a couple things at 6pm tonight. Waited in a line for 13 minutes, as the line continued to grow & extend to the back of the store. One cashier on duty, no other employee to be seen; told her I was sorry she was the only one working, she replied “I am used to it.” She was very kind & patient with everyone, but the store needs to be better staffed, especially the week before Christmas. The store was a wreck & aisles were crowded with unpacked merchandise. It used to be a much cleaner, better organized, & better staffed store. Maybe COVID has affected the staffing?

The casher was very polite and helpful but the store was a disaster. Packed merchandise stack all in the isles and blocking the foot traffic lanes. Stuff was just all over the place on the shelves. Hopefully it was just a temporary situation. It was the first time I’ve been in this particular store in a long time.

The workers here is lazy and bad customer service. The truck came last Thursday here it Sunday went there and they still haven't the truck up. Called to look for item I need. And they tell me there not sure. Well if you put up the truck. You would know. You can do better. Bad busy
