Our daughter was woefully behind in math several grade levels. The school kept passing her in math even though she wasn’t able to do the math. Over the course of 1-1/2 years, the staff of Mathnasium helped her learn the concepts that are the building blocks of the math she is in now. They were prompt with assessments and encouraging all of the time. They were also honest in their feedback not hesitant to say if something wasn’t working. As they were forced to do virtual this past year, the staff quickly adjusted and didn’t miss a step in her progress. They were patient and never demeaning to her. She thrived on that kind of attention. Have no hesitation about joining this Garner team if your child is falling behind. Do it sooner than later so your child can do the school math for the next level with ease.

Mathnasium of Garner offers good quality and professionalism. I am impressed with how attentive the teachers are throughout the entire lesson.
Aside from the academic growth, I am pleased to see that my daughter no longer "hates" and thinks she "can't do math". That makes me very happy and it couldn't have happened without each and everyone of the staff at mathnasium. Interestingly, just last week she was asked what her favorite subject was, her answer was "math" :)
My son was falling behind in third grade. His teacher told us to prepare to need a private tutor in 4th grade. Math was a huge source of stress and low self esteem and great strife. Mathnasium changed everything for us. In 6 months our son went from crying everyday to having no issues with Math homework and no stress. We're in 4th grade now and there is no more crying , fighting or calling himself stupid for not figuring it out. Instead he loves going to Mathnasium chatting with the instructors, learning with the challenges and was excited to tell me all about it on the ride home. The instructors work so well with him and his energetic, talkative self. I would recommend Mathnasium to anyone whose child is struggling in Math. It's so worth it to see your child change and feel better about themselves and do what you know they can do.
I have had a great experience with Mathnasium! As an AP Calc student, I started off the year good, but was quickly overwhelmed with the rigor of the course. Looking for a Calculus tutor is difficult as not many people have a good enough understanding of the complicated subject, but Kerry at Mathnasium certainly knows his stuff! Since starting here a couple months ago, I have actually managed to get ahead of the rest of my class. I give the material we are working on class to Kerry before I come in and he is always prepared to help me with exactly what I need. I am extremely thankful to Kerry and the Center Director, Paul, for always helping me feel welcome and getting me ahead in my classes!
Mathnasium helped my highschool student when I was at a lost of where to turn. The Garner Mathnasium team are very professional and caring. They really go the extra mile to help my child be successful.
