I a old my home and this law firm handled the paperwork. Closing was scheduled on a Wednesday but due to some issues, it got rescheduled to Friday. My new home is out of state so I went through the pre-signing process and provided information for them to wire the funds after the actual closing. Here it is on Friday, closing actually happened at 9:30 AM and by 1:00PM, I email them about the wire. They inform me that the person who does the wires has been in and out of closings all day and he will TRY to wire the funds by 4:00 PM. It is now close to 7:00 PM and their office is closed, and they have yet to wire my funds! This is totally unprofessional! There is no way a firm can be so busy as to not wire funds from a closing! I gave themn1 star but it should actually be negative as something like this should never happen. Especially when you are operating a business that specifically does closings, charge for your services and charge for wiring funds! My next note is to the BBB

Mr. McCullers failed to show up in court for our case, did not contact us, refused to respond to email correspondence and was unable to take our call every time we reach out by phone. The lack of communication and basic disrespect for the time, energy and resources of their clients earns this firm a 1 Star.

They were the attorney chosen by the buyers of my house. We closed on a Friday and funds still have not posted in our accounts as of Tuesday. I have called multiple times and have been put on hold over the past several days. They have told me multiple times they would call me back and never did. Finally today the lady on the phone told me \They are too busy and she will send my checks out today.\ This firm lacks competence and has horrible communication. If you are a realtor do not recommend them to your clients. If you are a buyer and your realtor recommends them then request another attorney.
