I come here often because it is food close to me. They never give me the sauces, or the correct food or fries when I get meals. They are absolutely terrible at being quick also. It has taken them 30 minutes to make a chicken strip basket when there was no one in the drive thru lane.

About an hour ago my husband, son, and I left the Garrettville DQ drive thru absolutely stunned due to the horrible treatment we received. We each placed our food order and waiting patiently for TWENTY minutes before being told to pull forward to wait and that the kitchen was backed up. We complied and waited another 5 minutes before an extremely rude young woman marched up to our car, handed my husband our food and said, \The manager said to tell you to never come back to our drive thru again because you held up the line.\ Then she promptly marched back into the restaurant. We couldn't believe what we had just heard!! I have been going to this DQ since I was a young girl and remember when the Angel family owned it and how pleasant everyone was. The manager doesn't have to worry- we will NEVER be back!!!!
