Haven't even collected my car yet but I had to post. What an unfriendly bunch when dropping car for first service. He could not have made it more difficult or unpleasant. Almost asked for someone else to help. I will travel a little further next time to use another dealer. PS he was super happy to point out the small print on a very long confirmation letter from Holden that the confirmation doesn't mean it's confirmed. Apparently it's my fault that no one got back to me with the REAL confirmation - after a week of booking online.

Horrible service and very dishonest. I took my car in to get my cooling system flushed coz it still had left over oil from a busted oil cooler. And they were going to charge me for a leak instead that they made coz I checked the whole engine beforehand and took photos and it was OK. Now I have a leak. They lied when asked about it. And what they do is break things on your car that only Holden supplies, you can't get from say repco.

Service with a smile. I was unfortunate enough to have my right hand side mirror knocked by a car. The pieces were collected but being electric I thought the motor was missing. One mechanic told me I had to replace the whole mirror. Anthony Ferlaino Service Advisor form GWS on the other hand put it all back together and even cleaned the mirror. The charge was a smile.
