Great overall company. Excellent training and great instructors in Appleton, Wisconsin. Gary is my home terminal but both fleet managers are in Appleton. Can do better on communication from higher ups down to fleet management especially if help is needed elsewhere.Great emphasis on Safety which goes along well with my background in Public Safety. Lastly, can be sometimes micromanaged but keeping the lines of communication open with your Fleet Manager can usually offset it. Gary Terminal has great maintenance staff, office staff and really good driver amenities.

Nice people here for first fews month when I start to drive for them I think I gonna switch to another company because I didn’t get the miles that I’m looking for but when I compared with the others things that they treating me I decided not to leave. They not treat me like the robot, they listening , they care for my safety, they take good care their equipments I don’t have to worry except they need more night FM. The way they put themselves in my position is make me feel safe and confident for each time I drive with weather conditions. Overall I’m can survived with that mile that I have. But if they can give me run coat to cost for 2,009 mile all the time I will be happy ever. Strongly recommended to work at ROEHL. My favorite things to do at Roehl besides driving is fitness room but hope will have more driver use this room more at least 15 min you don’t need to see the doctor.

I love this terminal in Gary! Maintenance staff is always on their A-Game, the training and orientation staff are super Friendly and helpful! Oh, any my Amazing Fleet Managers are here also! This terminal has Tons of Driver Amenities! Showers, Truck Wash, Bunk Rooms, full and Free Laundry! Even has a full fledged Restaurant with pretty great food!!
Great staff great facility if u r in the gycdl. Program great place to start but research your home companies first they give two trays for your cdl mess up n u owe five grand there testing facility they use suxs its ran by there competitor company cr England the place is called pro safe by far the worst testing facility five ever seen n the staff there r pushy towards u which makes u nervous as hang there in it to get the money n send u off I understand my mistakes I made but had no idea the way we are taught things for roehl differ from what the testing facility wants to see u do if u chose roehl remember keep your rams up when up shifting use doubling up n doubling down or get impeding a bunch n fail out just a heads up good luck stay safe im going home to test out where im credited for the stuff ive already passed which prosafe makes u start from ground zero the second time ill get my cdl on my own time n dime less hassle to obtain it prior to arrival just saying if u can get it first then join less hassle less stress for you hope my review helps someone else looking to get there cdl over all great company no doubt one of the best but I had crappy info and want fully prepared as I should of been good luck yall drive safe update so they kept my last two paychecks of a 650 value said they would contact me for payment arrangements for the gycdl program I didn't get my CDL because I was not given the equal opportunity of drive time or experience of backing without help from instructor like the guys and now three months later I get a letter from a collection agency stating I now owe 5661.47 after they took 650 from me I owe over five grand n was screwed don't get involved if u can't afford to
