Buying from gary wood was the most pleasant and reassuring buying process I have experienced yet. Even with buying a used truck from them, the warranty that they sold at a very reasonable price assures they will take great care of me. I left the dealership knowing and feeling great on the purchase of my new truck! I appreciate guys!

My son bought a truck from this dealership and the check engine light came on and oil pressure dropped while driving home from the lot. The next day he took it back and it stayed there for 2 days and my son called several times to find out what was found wrong before they told him to pick it up and drive it some more...if it continues then the warranty will fix it. They also told him they had to jump the battery but didn't offer to check or replace the battery...he took it to O'Reilly where they checked the battery and told him it had a dead cell...my son paid for a new battery and was down the road in just a few minutes, this has seemed to fix the issues. We will not be recommending this dealership.

Definitely gets 1 star I personally was a loyal customer but they have officially lost my business for good! every time I go in to try and get an oil change they constantly tell me that they don't have time or they cant... and I'm sick of it!! in my opinion if they dont have enough mechanics then it's time to hire more mechanics I will for now be going to the walmart automotive department for my oil changes where at least I cant get a discount because I work there and at least i know they will change my oil!!
