Just purchased a patio heater today from gas and hire, never been there before. Talk about helpful and full of knowledge about the stock they sell. They even put it on the back of the truck, cheers guys
Went in yesterday around 2:30 to get a refill on my gas canister .... the nozzle was still on I asked if I could get some help taking it off.... he says “you need to do it yourself” we’ve all got things to do” “ can’t be running round doing other peoples work” .... customer service was ridiculous he was rude and very grumpy.... he has no right to be working there and to be able to say things like that..... I’m guessing he’s getting old and grumpy!
