Gas Assist Heating and Plumbing have been amazing at sorting out a distressing plumbing problem for my elderly mother. It was a tricky issue due to the way her kitchen was installed many years ago but Colin worked incredibly hard and went above and beyond what could reasonably be expected to sort the problem. He was kindness itself to my mum and I will always be grateful. This is not the first piece of work they have done for my family - and I'm always impressed with their work - but the difficulty involved this time and the care Colin took had to be shared in a review. Its very rare I write reviews but felt compelled to do this. What an absolute refreshing experience from quote to providing the service. Arrived on time and explained everything, but more importantly genuine and polite and just dam right nice... Lets support businesses that get it right.
From my initial inquiry about a new boiler until the installation of it, this firm provided a first class service. Big thanks to Lorraine, Colin, Josh and James. I would have no hesitation in recommending this company.

Fortunately found this excellent company on line for my 89 year old mother who had been let down by no show or even phone call on no less than three times by local Castle Donnington gas engineer.
