Nice store friendly people knowledgeable. Was told they will be having special event hosts and seminars at facility.
So ordered online and after 4-6 days after I ordered they cancelled my order, no reason given, I have been trying to call for 4 days now, but you can't talk to anyone I leave a message but I haven't heard back I just wanted to know why it was cancelled, why they haven't returned money to my account. Just normal questions, I will be calling every hour today just to talk to someone..... So I ended up talking with a wonderful woman her name is Karrie. She made it the best experience for me I'm glad that I got her on the phone, she explained why my order was cancelled and then was able to to replace my order, I even got it before Christmas!!! I would like to say thank you very much again to Karrie knew her job very well and because of the wonderful customer service was the only reason why I left
New store great feel. Terrible ammo selection and merchandise is spotty. I hope they do well and increase thier inventory. Plenty of parking and easy access from highway.
