from the initial enquiry to Gasco, visiting the showroom and discussing our options with John, I have been nothing but impressed. The fireplace was fitted by Sean from SWJ Gas Services a trusted installer and the finish is excellent. they were polite, nice people and left the area spotless. The finished product has exceeded my expectations, many thanks to the Gasco team.

Huge thank you to the team at Gasco for supplying and fitting our gas fire - we are very pleased. Absolutely nothing was too much trouble including a 3 metre birds nest stuck in the chimney. The work carried out is first class and we now have a lovely fireplace complete with beam and slate hearth. We love the cream wood burner style gas fire. Would not hesitate to recommend Gasco they are excellent. Thank you.
Fantastic, helpful, service --- 'John Wright', the manager of the Yeovil showroom could not have been more helpful. With his knowledge of the trade he was able to guide us into making the 'RIGHT' choice for us. ---- 'THANK-YOU JOHN --- Through Johns recommendation we used 'Jason Wheaton of --- 'JLW ELECTRICAL SOLUTIONS' for the fitting of our fire. --- I cannot recommend Jason more highly if you want a first class job done by a competent tradesman, and value for money then I most highly recommend Jason. I visited the showroom a few times over quite a long period - in the everlasting hope of finding a fire that appealed to me. The service I received from John, on my last visit, was both genuinely friendly and professional. He was dealing with other clients at the same time, but nothing was too much trouble. His enthusiasm and knowledge are impressive, and he dealt with my order - which also took quite a long time to bring to fruition - with unfailing patience and courtesy. And when the time came for installation, he was instantly available on the phone to answer queries that the instruction sheet didn't adequately cover! Definitely to be recommended.
