Drum oil is simply the BEST! I have been using Drum oil for 25 years now and I wouldn't even think about using another company. They're friendly, extremely professional and AMAZING customer service. I've used Drum for a new furnace. Furnace maintenance. Oil deliveries. Propane deliveries. Installation of stove tops. Venting & more!!! Drum oil has surpassed all of my expectations so far! I DEFINITELY recommend Drum oil and I know I will be using Drum again in the future.

Drum Oil let me down. While in Florida for the winter, Drum Oil allowed the propane tank at my home in New York to run completely empty. My home had burst water pipes, and when the propane tank was refilled and heat was restored, the ice melted and water flooded my laundry room and garage. What a mess! Even so, I must say Drum Oil has given me years of flawless service, and I have no doubt they will continue to do so.
Drum Oil is always right on top of anything we need to heat our home and hot water. Their prices are fair and their technicians are the best I;ve worked with. No problem has gone unsolved! They come quickly too even though we are on the outer edge of their service area. Thank you for a level of customer service that others just sadly no longer provide!
Drum Oil and Propane provides EXCELLENT service. The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly. After they have completed their work, the area they worked in is clean. Drum Oil's office staff, and delivery men, also provide friendly and courteous service. In the forty-one years we have lived at our residence, we have had other companies provide us with fuel oil and propane. NONE of those companies came close to providing the service Drum Oil and Propane provides !
Great service, and extremely responsive. We've been dealing with Drums for 70 years, and they always deliver! A real old-fashioned family run business, with a group of folks who really care about their customers!
