Disappointing. Zero workable wifi. Only two tv channels, No one came to help. An overall poor experience and I feel sad that I wasted money and time here. We tried the restaurant. Great staff, but we ordered a burger advertised as a ‘beyond’ burger, however it was not a Beyond. ****update to below comment*** Wifi and tv did not work in room 38 and no one came to help after 2 requests Thank you and all the best to you, I am sorry I can’t be more positive.

We got a late reservation as we came from the park. Room was great, I believe they accepted pets too. Restaurant and bar was really nice to have in location. The food was nice and our son enjoyed that he got to sit in his first bar to dine. In the USA, age ordinances required him to be a year older. So that was fun. The staff were great in all aspects!

Unfortunately not a great experience: Room was adequate but wifi didn’t reach us and the TV only had one channel. I called reception to fix it and they said ten minutes - waited an hour, Eventually at 9pm I went to reception and the offered us a different room. The restaurant was nice but they were misrepresenting menu items and we did not get what the menu said we were getting. For the cost, poor service and amenities.

Loved it. The staff are fantastic and the food with the snowmobile package was amazing. Matthew was an amazing host. Highly recommended! Breakfast was not very good tho. Almost forgot about that because supper was so good.

Giving a four star rating for customer service and excellent food in dining room! Customer service was excellent. My grandson forgot an item in the room. I called and the item was quickly shipped via bus and we received it when we got home! Thank you for that! The room was clean, but small. Renovated but also small bathroom. No air conditioning! The dinning room food was excellent though!!

There isn't much choice in this area, so for the price it's ok. The room was nice, the pillows and linen are good. The bed was hard and if there is anything going on outside you will hear it. The staff was nice and the restaurant attached was really good.
