Even tho it was the first shipment to Peru as the people of Radical Design said, it came really fast and with no problem. Talking about the cyclone, I just started months ago to explore places really far away inn mi city (Lima is a big big city) and the trailer suits me a lot. Yesterday was the first day I went out with it and my pals and they were as glad as I am. I recommend the product.

During our biking holidays we had a equipment damage; our Radical Design Cyclone connector to the bike (Pon) broke because of a bike fall. We called the company and they found a dealer for us near by where we could buy the part. We could therefore continue our bike trip in only a few hours! Thanks for the great service!

We tried to buy from this Company but Communication was slow and definitely not forthcoming, with no local dealers and no support from the Main Source We bought from Burley trailers Instead, Quality and price holding up so far, don’t waste your time here.

Un mese fa ho fatto una brutta caduta facendo una discesa di Downhill con la mia mtb. Purtroppo, urtando contro un albero, ho rotto una clip della fibbia del mio corpetto protettivo. I ragazzi di Radical Design, con un supporto stratosferico e attenzione al cliente senza eguali, sono riusciti ad inviarmi il pezzo di cui avevo bisogno, direttamente dall'Olanda in sola una settimana! Sono stati incredibili, gentilissimi, nonostante si trattasse di un ordine da qualche euro! Veramente fantastici, recensione da 5 stelle più che meritata, grandi persone oltre che professionisti! Grazie ancora ragazzi ! Saluti dall'Italia!

De Wheelie V wandelkar rolt heerlijk soepel achter je aan, het materiaal van de tassen is goed stevig, hier gaan we nog veel plezier van beleven. Het is jammer dat er geen dealers zijn verspreid over het land, gelukkig woon ik (relatief) redelijk dicht bij. Communicatie is goed en snel.
