I am extremely pleased with this company's promptness and outstanding service. Tech was awesome.He assessed the problem with our stove and quickly got it fixed. He even offered to clean the area after he was done even though there was no mess! The pricing was reasonable and they are way more reliable than any other appliance company out there!

DO NOT USE. If I could give this business 0 stars I would. I waited one month for a refrigerator repair. The technician said one week to order the part. He never called us to set up a time and when I called they kept telling me the part wasn’t in. One person said that the part would take three weeks. I was willing to wait because if the part needed to be ordered, I felt most places would have to do the same. Then someone set up an appointment after they confirmed the part was in and the tech never showed. I called back and and the person on the phone said they would call the tech. She then let me know that he had picked the part up from the warehouse, but then went out of town. So I have been without a refrigerator for ONE month waiting on them. They did refund the initial amount I paid, but honestly it does not make this situation right.
