Very clean store. Helpful customer service! We came at closing time, not knowing they closed then. We were not pushed out but helped right away. Ordered my coffee maker and was out in 5 minutes!

Store very organized and staff helpful
I waited for help for 10 minutes. I watched patiently as the employee helped 2 groups of people (1 group walked up AFTER me). After he helped who he wanted to help, he walked completely by me (didn't even look my way) and went to help another group of people. Needless to say, I looked up the IPad Pro that I was planning to purchase on Amazon!
Just got a cell phone and an employee by the name of Joshua is the reason why I gave 5 stars his costumer service was AMAZING he went above and beyond the call of duty. He had us in and out in no time. He answered ALL our questions about the new phone and questions that wasn't phone related. He deserves a raise or a big bonus. I highly recommend this young man. Thanks again Joshua we need more people like you everywhere.
Store is well laid out but now has a large area in the center with no shelves or products...seems like wasted space. Staff is usually very attentive, possessing at least some basic knowledge of products. However, sometimes it is difficult to get an employee to help, even at times when number of shoppers is low. This appears to be due to understaffing, not a matter of being ignored by staff.
