Terrible customer service at the check in desk. I ended up walking out of my Appointment. I’m able to switch my insurance this week and I will be changing health providers. Never recommending Caromont to anyone. Done.

This place is a horrible place for anyone with developmental disabilities. The front office staff is rude and have that “holier than thou” attitude. I went there and didn’t make it through the first visit. The ladies in the waiting room said they had cancelled my appointment, scheduled someone else, and did not reschedule my first appointment all without telling me. I have never been treated as horribly as I was by them by any healthcare professional.

I called to make an appointment for my husband and waited on the line for 20 minutes. Once I finally was able to speak with someone, the lady explained that she would not be able to make an appointment because my husband had not been seen there before. I asked if they were taking new patients. She said yes, however, they were too busy to fill out new patient paperwork directly after a holiday. I couldn’t believe it! I have been visiting this office for years. I will be changing doctors.

« Doctor » Sailatha Bathula prescribed me 3 medicines that all interact with each other, she refused to change them despite my heart rate being so high that I had pain in my left hand and told me to keep taking them despite my heart rate going up to 187BPM, I am simply lucky that my heart rate and blood pressure are always very to too low and that I didn't need to take any triptans to treat my migraines. She also had me pay for a physical she refused to give me twice & send me away with 4 new infections after the antibiotic she gave me made me flare up without even checking them and expected me to go 3 months until my next appointment. For future reference, cymbalta, cipro and triptans do not go together... I will be finding a new doctor ASAP & I suggest you do the same!

Dr. Jacqueline Folks is my doctor. She is absolutely the best doctor I have ever had! I have Lyme Disease with 2 co-infections, I was diagnosed in 2001 by another doctor whom later moved away I tried multiple doctors after that, who did not understand how to treat the myriad of health issues I was having. Finally, I found Dr. Folks. She listened to me and understood the issues I was having and treated me with respect and compassion.. I recommend her with great respect for the health care she gives! I empactily disagree with the bad reviews I have read!!!
