First off, the day that I called Mr. Valentine’s office I knew I had chose the right people to help me with my situation. Loraine the front desk secretary was so concerned about my situation and listened to me. She was very personable, which I was so thankful for. When I met Mr. Valentine the first time he listened to me explain my situation and was very concerned not only for myself but my child’s safety! I had to file for emergency custody for my child and he got it for me, in an hour from when he filed it. I was so thankful. He kept checking in on me on the days to come seeing how I was doing and my child. He kept me updated with everything going on and he was very responsive to everything with me. Working with him has been an amazing experience and can’t thank him enough for everything he has done for my son and I. I can’t thank him enough for listening to me on the days I was having a hard time with my situation and just checking in on us. Shady cop clocked me 7 mph higher to make the ticket look worse. These guys got it handled with no points on license or insurance. But even better, they did it all online, they were super fast, professional, and the cost was a lot less than I expected. If you ever need traffic help in Gaston, hands down they are the best to call. Thanks guys!

Got a speeding ticket in Shelby NC, that could have been major points, drastic insurance increase, or even my license. This firm and their team was so helpful and reassuring. They appeared in court for me which would have been hours away and time off of work. They set everything up for me. Price was very reasonable and below near by competitors. Also the charges that they claimed I’d be charged with ( a major reduction ) were the end result, no surprises! Also the legal assistant, Lorraine, was very nice and more than helpful! 10 out of 10 would recommend!!
