I called CPR Cell Phone Repair in Gastonia On January 31st to inquire about the price to replace an iPhone XS charging port. The agent on the phone replied that it would cost 99 and take approximately 2 hours to do the job. I then took my phone in and expected to wait 2 hours to be surprised by the agent coming back in 5 minutes telling me it was all fixed. The agent described the issue which was excessive lint in the charging port and that there would be no charge. I was absolutely impressed by the professionalism. In hind-site I wish I would have left the agent a tip. I would definitely consider doing business with this location.

I personally want to thank Jayson Good, the assistant manager.. he is very knowledgeable about what he is doing.. I have been out of the job for a while and waiting for interview calls.. I was so disappointed with my phone, my phone had to be constantly plugged to charging port, it died the moment I unplugged.. I didn't know what to do. I took it to CPR gastonia. Jayson Good not only explained what was the issue but also went above and beyond to make sure everything went well with the phone. I appreciate his dedication and work ethics, he was very empathetic. I am glad such people work in customer service. I can't explain how much it helped me... Oh I love this guy..Thank you Jayson Good.

He was wonderful after I setup an appointment at verizon that said they would install a screen protector on my tablet and install my SD card and waiting an hour verizon said they couldn't put screen protector on because had to touch the tablet but they touched the tablet to put SD card in? WTH so I went to CPR and he installed my screen protector on for nothing not a penny and for that I will take everything I need help or whatever with my phone smart watch tablet anything else they will Certainly get my business from now on wonderful and very friendly
