Had Deason Landscaping build a retaining wall across my back yard. It looked great when it was done , but now the wall is failing and i suspect that it is due to poor drainage. The yard has sunk near the wall and it appears that the ground is pushing on the wall. I tried calling Deason and got his voicemail most of the time. Of course he never called me back. The one time i did get ahold of him, he didn't seem interested in hearing what was going on. He finally agreed to come look at the wall and said he would contact me in a few weeks. Fat chance, i yet to hear back from him. Beware of doing business with him, I don't think he will stand by his work. My problem now is trying to find someone to repair his work. At this point it appears i will have to tear down this wall and start new.

Jim is always right there when you have an issue. He installed our system and I would not trust our investment to anyone else! Had two issues with needing to reroute lines and sprinklers dies to a new driveway. Jim was right there to come and help our getting us back in service ! Highly recommend him and will be happy to talk about his quality professionalism !
I called everyone in Gaston County to repair my irrigation system no one would come out or even call me back except Jim Deason w/ Deason Landscaping & Irrigation. My system had been down for years and he came out on a saturday within an 1 1/2 he had it up and running as if he just installed it he is very very experienced and professional you can tell he has been in business along time.
