The employee 'helping' me seemed to have very little care for what I needed or any desire to help, told me hes got too many other things to worry about my consoles issues, and that I am likely wrong about whats wrong even after giving him the error code my console gave me. Will not be going back and do not recommend.

They held my PC for 2 weeks and wiped one of the hard drives without giving me any advance warning. Don’t bring your device there unless you’re willing to lose all the data on it!
