Kyle, the Asst Manager at the Franklin location in Gastonia is AMAZING. Incredibly knowledgeable and helpful. Actually talked is OUT of things we didn't need. Gave great advice.

I WOULD GIVE THEM A NEGATIVE RATING IF I COULD! Do not ever ever use them. We bought floors from them and when we bought them they were the wrong color completely. Returned them got the floor that was our color. About to install and the floors were not able to be installed because they would not be able to lay on our foundation properly. When we called them upset they dodged my husband's calls for 2 days. When I picked up (my number was not saved in their system) they picked up immediately. Then began lying and making excuses about everything they could. Then we tried to get a refund for all floors because we wanted to be done with them and they told us we would have it in 3 to 5 weeks (hint: that's another lie). Called the help center 4 weeks in and they couldn't find our check. We had to get a case file done and they said we would be contacted in 48 hours. Well that apparently means 4 days later to them! And only because we called again! Finally we got our check because of our persistence. DO NOT DO NOT DO NOT EVER USE THEM! It's not worth the battle!

Very rude people who also rip you off if you don’t know anything, they took advantage of my wife!!! Now I’m paying 5000 for an 800 floor!!! I filed A complaint with the Better Business Bureau.
