Never completed my Civil Service Benefit after my separation, said it was to difficult. I paid him 2500.00 and he refunded me 600.00. My new attorney finished this order in one week. I feel that Mr. Kelso took advantage of me, being a new separate single female. I emailed him the instructions on how to complete the order, but 3 weeks later he forgot that I sent it to him. When I called to explain that I sent him the directions, he asked me to send it to him again so he didn’t have to search for it in his email. Please beware.
