Spent 30 minutes, asked 3 different employees, and it turns out the item isn't even in the store, despite everything saying there are 5. Consistently terrible here unfortunately. Some employees are super helpful, most are not.

I bought an Arrow shed 10ft by 8ft the directions were screwed up. I called lowes and they sent 1 of there men out to help my husband and i fix the issue. This guy Craig was awesome. Thanks again Craig for all ur help. We appreciate it.

Took an hour to get the 8 pieces from lumber I ordered online for pick up. Customer Service said my order was on aisle 52. It wasn't. Told the young lady cashier in lumber (she was nice and helpful). She asked someone to look for my order. 30 minutes later, the cashier asked another lumber employee to gather my order. He was nice and helpful also. I could have picked up my own items and checked out faster.
