Our children had a fantastic time here! There are many different types of play possible at this playground and there truly is something for everyone. There are more difficult obstacles etc for older kids and a wonderful variety of things for younger children as well. However, visibility is limited so I recommend you go with at least one other mom/parent to make keeping an eye on your kids easier. This is the only reason I gave it a 4/5 and a true fence around the play area would solve this. We will definitely be back as my children are already asking!

This park has all kinds of amenities. There are walking trails for people and dogs, All kinds of sports field for games. The crown jewel is the kids playground, It is just amazing and probably the best in the area. We took our grand daughter here a few times and she just loves it. It can get quite crowded on nice days.

The wooden playground is so much fun for the kids! I have great memories of wooden playgrounds as a kid but it seems most have been taken down. Thankfully, we found this one and the kids enjoy running around and getting creative in this castle-designed one! It was also designed by children for children. It can’t get any better than that!!

Arguably one of the best parks Gaston County has to offer. Picnic areas, soccer, baseball, volleyball and a great playground for the kids. My nephew particularly likes the castle architecture. If you are a nature lover, the park has paved and unpaved walking trails. You might see some wildlife along the way. Hawks fly here frequently. The park is also located near a Pelican's if you need a cool refreshment.

Really cool playground, my son calls this place the \castle park\ great groomed sports fields and a great paved walking trail. Stroller friendly. Covered picnic areas. Conveniently next to pelicans for a sweet treat on your way out!
