This place needs to get shut down. Over half the machines are out of order. The rest is all a gamble. I just lost 10 having to switch machines 3 times. The owner or staff is nowhere to be found. No number to call. This place needs a new owner, new management, or at least someone on duty at all times during business hours. How is this place even open, we as paying customers shouldn't have to go through this.
It's ok half the machines dont work and the bathrooms are always closed and the vending machines never work either
Wish I would've read the reviews first. There's no worker anywhere, majority of the machines don't work. Wasn't aware you needed a card just to wash so I wasted detergent noticing after the fact and couldn't even wash. Then the money card machine just says error. This place is horrible.
THE WORST EXPERIENCE. THE MACHINE HAD MT EXPENSIVE UGG COMFORTER. AND IT WOULD NOT STOP WASHING IN THE WASHING CYCLE. WE COULD NOT STOP IT OR GET THE DOOR OPEN. THERE IS NO ONE ON SITE. NO CONTACT INFO SO. AFTER ABOUT 3 HOURS OF WASHING WE DECIDED TO COME BACK AFTER CLOSING WHEN MANAGEMENT WOULD BE THERE. NEVER USE THIS PLACE. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE
