In a world where customer service is often non-existent its refreshing to find a service that delivers the professionalism that you expected. Jordan and his tech did a 100% great job spending over 1 hour to diagnosis and fix my heating issue for less than 100. Bravo ! They earned by business for next time. No extra charge for polite, knowledgeable, patient, through, friendly, highly skilled. BRAVO !

Roland Black is a top notch company. I have used them for 3 A/C unit installs on 3 houses. I chose them because I wanted a Trane system. I will admit a couple years ago I was worried about staying with them because customer service was not good, the receptionist was not helpful and had the personality of a wet dishcloth. However my faith was revived in them over the past month, we had 2 different issues happen where a unit needed service (my mother whom is 83 years old) and another unit (not installed by them) needed a fan motor repaired. Diane (the receptionist, though I use that term generically) was awesome - she got me an appointment within 24 hours for my mother's unit to be repaired, called before the service tech was dispatched, awesome experience. The tech - Jordan, one of the best techs I have ever met through any of my experiences with service people in general, was prompt, courteous, informative, honest, and I could go on but I will stop, was great. I have had the pleasure of meeting him several times, my install on my new house, my mom's repair, and then my fan motor repair. You want find a better A/C tech out there. In closing if you had doubts or a bad experience a couple years ago, give them another try, they have made some changes the past couple years and they are all about the customer again, and I for one have seen and experienced the change. These guys really to like the little guys out there.
