Online orders are curbside. Inside they are doing an excellent job with social distancing in my opinion. Masks are required and they are constantly disinfecting. Been shopping there for years and I have no complaints about the price or the quality of the items I purchase. I especially like the pricing on the seafood I purchase. I think the quality is better than a grocery store.

9/30/19 Great sales! Shirts for 2. The store was super clean & not that busy at 11A. 1/4/2020- Don't go on a Saturday or Sunday! Lines to registers & exit doors are super long. Frustrated!

I bought a tablet on Black Friday weekend. It was a good deal and I was excited to receive it. When I received it, I took it out of the box, and it had a dent on the back of it. I went to Sam's to exchange it and they said \we can't do that\ \you have to buy another one online.\ I explained to them that I had paid 10 for shipping and received a damaged item. Sam's would need to refund my shipping fee. I'm not paying to have a damaged item shipped. The 2 young girls were rude and unprofessional. They called for a manager and it took over 15 minutes for her to come. She barely acknowledged me, would not listen to my suggestion of putting the 10 toward my account, or on a gift card. To make matters worse the tablet was sold out online. No apologies from anyone. So unprofessional. I Will be canceling my membership here and switching back to Costco. Costco will always work with you to find a solution. All i was asking for was the shipping fee refunded.

As we all enter our 40's we start to fool ourselves in thinking that we are \getting old\. I've had 20/10 vision my whole life, all of a sudden I am finding it difficult to see. I'm leaving this review because it meant a lot to me how well the staff at the optometrist office at Sam's took care of me. Everything involved, even down to the price, made my experience enjoyable.. even in this state of disarray that our country finds itself during this difficult time. So I wanted to say simply, to the staff at Sam's, thank you.

Clean store. Some days are busier than others. We have found Sunday is a great day to go, not too busy. You must have a membership to make any purchases. I believe it is 45 or 55 for the year. Most products are cheaper buying in bulk than in the store. Very windy yesterday, blew over the majority of their plants. Can't understand why they took up good parking spots to put out plants. Not happy with this decision as parking is limited anyway.
