DIABOLICAL !! Sent out an uneducated engineer for a 20 min / replacement part....took 2 hours , flooded cupboard , clothing , fusebox, hallway ,damaged our electrical tools......left us with no heating or hot water. Left us to mop and clean up the damage !. Switchboard for calls ok....but claims dept and management a complete sham !!! Uncaring and too big for boots. !! Will be taking things further !! AVOID AVOID AVOID...You have been warned !! Would have given zero stars....but site needs you to at least give 1 !!

Called on a Sunday (yesterday) to check we were still covered for boiler repairs as I had mislaid the paperwork, very nice lady sorted it out instantly, such a relief during covid winter! Well done.....

I am leaving this review on behalf of my elderly Mother who’s boiler was recently serviced by Gasway. I am in shock that Gasway are attending services, which are not yet due, during a world pandemic. The engineer came to service my Mothers boiler, the service was not due for 2 months, yet they insisted it had to be done. You would think that during this time that the only work that needed to be carried out was ESSENTIAL services that actually need to be done and emergencies. You are risking not only your customers health but also that of your engineers and their families. The office staff are also very unpleasant and quite frankly useless when I have spoken to them on the phone, that is when I have been able to get through to them to speak on behalf of my Mother. Appalling.

Happy now, took a second engineer to come out. One who was actually interested in fixing the problem rather than fobbing me off boiler is now working perfectly that's why there is two. Other engineer was worth one star
