Being the only store that had a particular, but very nice bike, in the country, called the store, great bike staff reserved it, drove 4hrs to collect. Bike was given a pre-sale service by expert staff, they also advised on other things I needed. Came away please with purchases. Would highly recommend this store

When today 10.11.2020 to buy 2 bikes after having a bad experience at another well known store. And what can I say Amazing service nothing was 2 much trouble for the young man that served us. Explained everything I asked for a real credit to your customer service well done

Great service, and the selection of products here in second to none. The staff really know there stuff. The layout of the shop is really good too, and is very Covid safe in my opinion - something which a lot of other retailers don't seem to be taking very seriously.

Went for two pairs of lightweight walking trousers on 17 June 2020. If you like slim fitting trousers their Quecha black trousers are excellent. The two girls on duty could not have been more helpful and knew their facts when advising on which size to choose. Many thanks to Jessica for being so patient, I would not hesitate to call there again.
