Very impressed with member of staff who went out of her way to help an elderly gentleman. He'd almost fallen over, she got him a stronger Carrier bag and carried his shopping to his car. Which I thought was amazing. Well done to her.

This poundland is the same as all other poundlands, the staff were happy to help me find what I needed as they weren't on the shelf, unfortunately on this occasion they didnt have any left in stock but they were very helpful and asked if there was anything else I needed while here. They sell everything from food and drink to household, health and beauty, toys and stationary to seasonal items too.

The guy on the shop floor had brilliant customer service he went above and beyond to get me the extra plates I needed and I didn’t feel like it was a bother for him he was so helpful , also the woman on the till with the Scottish accent was really cheery and so nice, super impressed with my visit today
