I haven't been this store yet, I was going to go get my coin's authenticated. And possibly sell them to them. But upon reading the reviews. And to see how the owner responds. Very obnoxious and unprofessional. I can already imagine the kind of people that work for this guy. No thanks!!! I seen one review that mentioned provincial something. Well I'm off to that place. And if there was a minus star to pick to write this review that would have been picked instead. Just saying...

Employees didn't give a good first impression, might have been a bad day? Not sure but it made me not want to spend money there. I asked questions and they were answered but the employee sounded very bored answering and sitting there with me. Also they will not come up to you and assist you unless you go up to them and ask, it was just a disappointing experience since I've always wanted to go there, and today I had the time and it just wasn't worth it. They also mention the fact that they sell the cheapest but I went to different places beforehand and I can confirm that is far from the truth, they're the most expensive compared to the places I went to, I wouldn't recommend going here that's for sure.

Extremely rude people working there, I had some coins and wanted to know how much they cost; it feels that whenever people have something to sell (however it is valuable) they make you feel that it’s a piece of trash. (I sold my coin 20 times higher than their offer on Provincial Coin) I am really unable to explain such a terrible experience I had at Gatewest Coin. Everyone, please do not shop there, we need to STOP RUDE behaviour and their TERRIBLE customer service. MY FIRST AND LAST VISIT AT GATEWEST COIN.

Very disappointed with the service I received here. The employee whose name I believe was Nick, was extremely rude to me upon entering the store. This made me not want to buy anything. The employees are probably super nice, but only if you spend a lot of money here. The store will be nothing without your customers. Maybe be with them as the come to the door. I stood there for five minutes before someone came to let me know what was going on.
