After contacting several companies to discuss obtaining a survey of property I own in Quebec, this company was the one I chose for a number of reasons. I did not want the work subcontracted to another company, I wanted to accompany the surveyors when the work was undertaken, all of my questions were answered promptly and thoroughly. I felt very confident when I finally decided to proceed with a staking plan that it would be what I wanted. The property has been in my family since 1920 and never been surveyed, so having this done after the new cadastral maps were completed by the Quebec government was the right time to do it. The day of the staking was very exciting and challenging because the property is heavily treed, but we got through the 150 acres in less than a day, probably because a preliminary visit and marking had been done in advance of the staking. The two employees we accompanied for the staking were excellent and even took the time to talk with a neighbour from an adjacent property who was challenging the work they were doing. The pricing was comparative to other quotes and I do feel I got the best of the best to do this work. I would highly recommend this company. I originally reached out to the company on October 14. I heard nothing from them for a week, so I called on October 21st. I spoke with Xavier, who assured me that the land survey would be completed by my move in date of November 25th. After a week's worth of emails, I heard back from the surveyor that it would not be completed until the first week of December. I am now left scrambling to find a surveyor to complete this task. *Update* The surveyor reached out, however it could only be completed on the 25th which was too late. We ended up having to go with another surveyor.

Fire their employees for making mistakes, don't tell them what those mistakes are or take the time to show them how to properly correct them because they obviously want the perfect candidate and are too lazy to train.
