Wow. I am totally amazed at the service from this shop. I had my trailer hitch installed here so have gone back for other things. A while back we needed our jack cut and while they didn’t do it quite right, the fixed the error and never charged us a thing. Today we were embarking on a camping trip and our signals didn’t work on the trailer. They fixed the two issues on the spot for free and happily.

Excellent staff! Never had an issues with trailers that i rented from them. Their reservation system lost my trailer reservation and was stuck with a much smaller trailer once. They use a spreadsheet with no checkin/checkout function. Best you the call the day before pickup to confirm.
