Outstanding customer service. I arrived just as the store opened on a Monday and staff was dealing with a power outage, and a Hydro Quebec crew was replacing a transformer on the pole right in the parking lot. I said I could return later, but the staff ingeniously rigged up boat batteries and power converters in order to power the WiFi router, credit card machine and the POS system. Brilliant. It took a bit of time, but far less than a return trip from across the city. Thanks for the great service!

Went to see if they had a battery for my old 50 drill nice clean and new place lots of selection and yes they could get my battery for a price of 40 OK, I really like the drill so agree to order but she needs a deposit :O before she can order battery. So I said NO WAY! and went somewhere they where financially stable enough to ordered it (without deposit) and I got it in 2 weeks instead of 4 weeks lol but paied 5 more ;)
Excellente Expérience. J'ai été servi par M. Daniel. Très poli et professionnel. Ma batterie était achetée et installer en moins de 15 minutes. Et en plus, Daniel a fait un check-up pour voir si c'était ma batterie ou quelques choses d'autres qui affectait ma batterie. Le prix est excellent. Je le recommande à tous.
