The things I have seen are incredibly disturbing. They do not have hot water the whole 2 weeks we where there as students might I add ! So residents did not get their bath apparently this happens every winter for months ummm hello get it fixed!!!! Psw's where rough handling patients and rude to them and aggressive they would leave them in their briefs for hours not changed a lady who is blind there was in the same clothes for 3 days we asked our teachers to help change her cause at this point we where not aloud to help just to get to know them We saw paw yell at them and when you would let them know someone needed help or to be changed the would get mad at us and walk away and not help the patient some of the psw where good but your staff there is not the best at all we seen psw not wash their hands use the same pair of gloves to touch their face no care plans on some people who have been there for years I think a suprise vist is in order !!!! Also a psw brings her son who's like 5 to work with her everyday there was a lot more but thats all I'm writting for now

Depuis le confinement, le Monastère nous envoie un courriel tous les vendredis, nous rassurant, nous donnant des nouvelles de nos proches. Chaque fois que j'y passe, ils ont le sourire aux lèvres. Je suis tellement reconnaissante des efforts du personnel. Ce sont des héros, des héroïnes, et je me sens tellement chanceuse de savoir que ma maman, Marie-Jeanne, y est avec des humains de qualité. Ça fait longtemps qu'ils sont en négociation pour de meilleures conditions de travail. J'espère de tout coeur que quelque chose se passera pour améliorer leur milieu de vie professionnel. Parce que des résidences comme ça, c'est précieux. MERCI pour tout.

Lieu exceptionnel, historique et très bien aménagé. Dans un très beau secteur, Aylmer. Un centre commercial tout près, une rue principale charmante qui se marche facilement et au bout de cette rue principale, le lac Deschênes....Quel bel endroit de retraite ...
