Even when i was able to get thru by phone the receptionist i spoke to was already frustrated. I explained my situation calmly after just a \Hello Clinique de Touraine!\ i asked if there was a possibility to set an appointment with my doctor. She stated those are online only. When i asked why she took a frustrated tone with me. So i changed my approach and asked if there was a possibility to see any of the non-emergency doctors. To which she responded \You have to call the COVID HOTLINE SIR!\ ...Even though i don't have symptoms of covid. I sympathize that during this period your stress levels might be elevated but please don't take it out on me. I have done nothing to you, ladies.

If all of your services are strictly online than can you please list your fax number so that other businesses can transfer important documents to your clinic!!! It doesn't help that your telephone directory is only in french so I have no idea what your saying or what buttons are supposed to be pushed.
I was very excited about using the online to book my appointment with my doctor but all i see for the 4th time I try is that her schedule is unavailable. I have gone online at 8:01pm 3 times and tried during the day and the same message appears. Then I decided to take a day off and went to the clinic to be once again told please use the online because WE DO NOT TAKE APPOINMENTS......what is this about where is the customer service where is the help for people who need it. What are you telling people who do not have access to a computer. My dog at this point in time is better treated than us. I am really sorry and very aggravated by this situation and hope that this clinique will take action and consider the opinions of their clientelle. Thanks Carol
Excellent service, our family doctor is a pearl. We always have been able to speak with someone and had great service! It is worth noting that you need to have a family doctor assigned to you to be able to use their services. The Gatineau hospital is literally spitting distance were you can get help if you are unregistered. I wish people would rate places according to the services they were offered, not based upon the lack of service because they misunderstood the purpose of the place.
i went there on 05 31 15 at 1130 am since i was not feeling quite well, but not an emergency. Only to be told they only see Quebec residence who have one of their doctors as a family doctor... where is a person to go who doesnt have a Quebec doctor? I went to appletree clinic in Ottawa... only to be rushed to Ottawa hosp. by ambulance after I fainted... trying to call this clinic to complain & get answers regarding their lack of service... is impossible... I was on hold voicemail from 2pm- 220pm :( Zero Stars from me...
