The doctor was very dismissive and raised his voice at me when I tried to insist it was more serious than he was saying. He said I would have to be suffering the debilitating chronic pain I've been experiencing for 6 months before I could get an proper referral (currently at 4 months). He ordered an ultrasound but I never received a call from the hospital for them to book my appointment. I tried to call the clinic to ask if there is an issue with that, and the receptionist refused to speak to me in English. I called the hospital to find out how long I would be waiting for my appointment to be booked. She told me 14 MONTHS. The doctor filled out the request at the LOWEST level of urgency. He basically filled out the form just to get me out of his office, with a smug look on his face like he was doing me a favour. This was a huge waste of time. I'm new here and very quickly coming to understand why everyone says to go to Ottawa.

I travelled 40 minutes on public transit to get here. Why? Because this clinic advertises itself as a walk in clinic. When I showed up, I was told that I needed to call the night before in order to have an appointment. That's not what a walk in clinic is! If I can't 'walk in', it's not a walk in clinic. False advertising!
I understand living in Quebec the language is predominantly french. However I pay my Provincial taxes to Quebec as a resident, and would expect that individuals treat all with respect as providing necessary services. Being in the Medical field, you think you would have someone answering your phone that could cater to individuals in BOTH OFFICIAL languages, that was friendly, and not some rude person that makes you feel that your annoying them when all you seek, is to see a Dr. I am very tired of the "older" generation thinking that Quebec sits on a higher throne than the rest of Canada and if you don't speak french you wont get service. You're in a professional industry and think you should be acting as such. You should be ashamed of your receptionist Nov 15th 1:15pm.
Don’t go there. Front desk is not friendly and NOT helpful at all. The doctor “Fayez Abboud” is even worst. Very ignorant, more than that, he don’t even want to listen to us explaining our medical conditions and draws to a conclusion quickly.
Given the reviews I was expecting this place to be terrible, and it was defiantly satisfactory.
I went to the clinic on June 9th, stood outside from 6:45 am to 8:15 only to be told that the doctor wasn't available until Wednesday. No sign on the door to indicate the doctor wasn't available. Worst place ever! Apple Tree Clinic so much better! I guess you get what you pay for.
Just plain aweful. 2hours of wait on an appointment.
doctors are so much in a rush they dont do job properly , went there to get my my tread changed from my boil that was inserted in it at hospital to drain the puss out and when i got there i ask the doctor to change it put a new one in but all he did from what my family doctor told me is the he only cleaned around the wound and did not change the tread so it got supper infected and had to sufffer for a few days before i went to see my family doctor and rushed to hospital emergency to get my back operated on because was so much infection they could no longer drain it so i went from a 2 cm boil to a 12 cm hole on my back , he the doctor at the clinic could of just do his job properly i would not have this hole , now i have to live with this hole that eveyone is looking at each time i take off shirt , dont know if i can bring to court or not
