Went here for a COVID test to travel for work - it was great. Although it was busy, they were fast and efficient and super polite. I received my results in about 26 hours, and they guarantee 24-48 hours. They submit the results in French, but can have it translated upon request and that took only an extra 20 min - highly recommend - it was a great experience!

I went for traveler covid PCR test , i took appointment on call and went there the staff was very helpful , they guide me to fill all the documentation and rechecked as per travel requirement , the laboratory staff was very kind and explain the testing process before they start they told me ill receive my results within 48 hours and i receive my results in 32 hours Excellent service for Ottawa-Gatineau area people
