We had an appointment for vaccinations for a trip to Peru. I had called many months in advance. We needed among other vaccines, a yellow fever vaccine because we were going to the Amanzon. I was told to get an appointment only 45 days in advance of the trip. So, I did so. It was in our files what vaccines we needed. When we got to the appointment they were out of the yellow fever vaccines because of a lack of vaccines across the country. That wasn't there fault. My beef with them is that as soon as they knew this, when they tried ordering some, they didn't let us know. We were left scrambling looking for a place that still had some. It took me 4 hours on the phone before I located a clinic with some and that was willing to accommodate us. So, we ad to pay consultation fees twice for the vaccines we needed. Had we known in advance we would only have gone to the second clinic and payed only one consultation fees and had all our vaccines at the same time.

Very rude receptionist doesn't want to help and has huge attitude over the phone. According to them it's 60 just for a consultation to see someone and would need to pay each shot. Since I'm a family of 3 I ask the receptionist before booking a consultation how much approx are the cost of vaccination since I'm on the budget. Didn't want to give any information. She just told me that the twinrex vaccination it would be 100 per shot and would need it to do it 3 times (300 or more per person, over 1200) before a heading to Cuba. I do not recommend this place. Way to expensive. Found a other place in Ottawa who take QC residents and has reasonable price for shots.

Really overpriced!! They want 255 per dose for rabies when you easily get it for 190 at other clinics. One of the receptionist is really nice but there is one that was rude.

J'ai eu un bon service à cette clinique. Ils ont de la disponibilité de soir en semaine pour les travailleurs (il faut toutefois se prendre à l'avance pour un rendez-vous). De plus, les prix mentionnés au téléphone sont les mêmes appliqués rendus sur place. Le seul élément négatif est le temps d'attente en salle, avant le rendez-vous (environ 30 min pour un rendez-vous en soirée).

Service impeccable et professionnalisme de première classe, surtout de la demoiselle aux yeux bleus à la réception. Je recommande cet endroit.
