I requested a quote for a new Xerox machine, they responded quickly and offered us a great service during these difficult times....

They came to fix a little bug and rebooted our router, making us loose all it's programmed properties. The technician lied about it. We basically lost our VPN and it affected us greatly for months. Many discussions have occurred in order to try to fix this problem, but they never did fixed it. We are very displeased with how they handled everything.
Brought my computer in and was looked at after a few days. The technician found that the motherboard was fried and recommended I buy another computer. Price was reasonable. Would go here again
