Érick is extremely knowledgeable, thorough, and honest. A true professional! While conducting the inspection of the building I was thinking of buying, he walked me through every detail with clear explanations and always provided me with lots of opportunities to ask more questions. He pointed out all the potential areas of risks and concerns, in order to give me more perspective on what I may actually be buying. When the inspection was finished, he also stayed behind to discuss the situation a little further with me, which helped me make a final decision. He provided me a detailed and clear inspection report within 24hrs, which was around 150 pages, outlining every aspect of the inspection with photos and descriptions. In the end, I did not buy the building and I am very happy that I had Érick as an inspector throughout the process as I think he represents the gold standard of what all inspectors should be.
