I've had the pleasure of working with Marty and his team at Elite Armour a couple of times over the past couple of years. I was referred to Marty when I was looking for a company to help rebuild a side entrance staircase/deck and put up new siding at a property we were listing for sale. Marty and his team provided an awesome no-pressure initial consultation and helped us pick out the appropriate style, design, and materials for the job based on our budget and their expertise and experience with other similar style properties. Elite Armour was extremely professional -- Marty was always available and patient with our questions, and ultimately delivered a beautiful end product on time and on budget. I was very surprised to see a couple of negative reviews here -- I would refer and work with Elite Armour without any hesitation. Thanks Marty!!

We recently had Elite Armour build our backyard deck . The excellent workmanship of the deck is remarkable ! We now have an additional 510 square feet of living space.Elite Armour is an excellent company that strives to fully satisfy . They guided us through the design , and their service and finished deck is outstanding . I will recommend this crew to anyone . We are the second homeowners on our street to use Elite Armour and all of us have great things to say about them ! Give them a call! Angelo Calvo , proud of my new deck !
They own me 1000 and they do not answer. These are robbers, non trustable compagny.
Customer service??? NILL, ZERO, NADA. I am waiting now since the beginning of June for a refund. Elite Armour overcharged me several hundred dollars for items that were not part of the contract and never installed. A verbal promise to correct this situation has never materialized. Several attempts to get my money returned remain unsuccessful. I would indeed classify this a theft! Unfortunately I have to give them a 1 star rating in order to post this, however, a 0 star would be more appropriate.
I met with Elite Armour at the Home Show over the weekend in Ottawa. They promised a quote at the show. I followed it up with a phone call to confirm. But now via email they are reneging on what they offered at the show. This is very sad for contracting industry as how some bad apples are ruining it for the good ones. If Elite Armour can't even fulfill their estimate promise what kind of service and post support service will they offer. Glad to see how deceitful they are before I had agreed to anything with them.
Agree with Jamal Aboukarr, except that we did order the railings. They DID NOT do as requested but were capable of charging our credit card without finishing the job. The company erases bad reviews on their Facebook. They were previously under the name of Deck Zero M Inc. Unfortunately I did not do my due diligence before, so I have lost over 1200. They are THIEVES! Good try Martin Groulx for your little speech but you have yet to reply to any of our emails for the last two months! I have submitted a complaint to BBB, which you have totally ignored. Definitely an admission of guilt.
