Floor wise they are no different than any other Future shop location but when dealing with the staff beware because they WILL lie to you. They are paid commission and believe me they will say anything to make a sale. I have been openly lied to by their staff on more than one occasion when they were trying to sell me something I didn't need or want. They even tried to convince me that installing windows needed to be done by their team of "professionals"...sure. The only solid thing they have going is the product warranty you may purchase, although all future shops offer this. My boyfriend's phone broke and they replaced it with a brand new model within the hour at the Kanata location.

When the only alternative left is Bestbuy, just save your time and go to Futureshop. At least the sales staff can walk and chew gum at the same time. If you want better customer service, you need to shop at the store across the street that requires a membership card.
Years ago I went to this Future Shop to bring in my PDA that was damaged but on extended warranty. They told me to come back in 30 days if I dont hear from them and I will get a replacement. I confirm the date with the person I was dealing with and I left thinking everything was fine and dandy. 30 days later I come back on the date I confirmed with the employee to just be sent away because apparently I had to wait "31 days". I was outraged because I was previously told by the last person and confirmed the date to return and was just brushed off. I talked with the manager who was also not as helpful. I didnt know what his problem was but he was really rude with me and was condescending and belittling from the beginning. I guess he was just trying to make me leave so he offered to ship me the replacement free of charge to my address so I gave my address and left. Problem was that at that time they offered free shipping so it was a empty promise. 1 week later Icalled back and spoke to the manager and he claims he doesnt remember talking to me. After a few confused days talking to the 1-800 line I got everything figured out and fixed however no thanks to this store's manager or employees. I no longer go to this location.
Very poor customer service. Seldom pick up the phone, and when they finally transfer you technology service is almost never available.

Très peu de produits, mauvais service à la clientèle, attitude des vendeurs... Nous en sommes sortis bouche bée. Une fois, après leur avoir ramené un ordinateur défectueux qui avait toujours des problèmes graphiques (la première fois ils l'ont juste formaté et voulaient nous facturer des frais supplémentaires pour réinstaller) ils ont douté de notre honnêteté et n'ont pas voulu le prendre.. On leur a donné une troisième chance pour un autre produit, ils voulaient nous le vendre sans nous l'avoir montré. Plus jamais !
TERRIBLE. Le gérant Salim est incompétent et borné. Il est irrespectueux avec les clients au point des rabaisser. J'ai été extrêmement vexée en apprenant qu'il ne voulait pas écouter l'opinion des femmes. Sans compter qu'il n'applique pas la politique des prix lorsqu'elle est en vigueur.
